Covid-19 Refund Policy

To give you peace of mind during these uncertain times we have implemented the following policy.

If you decide for any reason to cancel your booking 56 days or more in advance we will refund your 25% deposit.

If France has closed its borders, or, the resort of Meribel will not be running their ski lifts on your scheduled arrival date we will cancel your booking and refund all payments in full.

 

Please note that all of our 2020/21 season bookings were given a full refund when the pandemic started.
